ABOUT BCCA-IN

The BCCA – Integrating Newcomers (BCCA-IN) program is a government-funded, free, nationwide employment coaching service for skilled immigrants looking to transition careers to the construction industry in Canada – before moving here.

We advise business, trades, and licensed technical professionals on how to build ‘Canadian experience’ pre-arrival, and connect with the correct credential authorities, employers, industry organizations, and professional associations.

We also support employers from any construction-related industry and any province or territory nationwide, to connect with high-skilled specialists approved for immigration.
